☀️🍓 Fresh Flavors of Summer Are Calling 🍉🥗

If you ask me, summertime just tastes happier. 😍
The produce is brighter, juicier, sweeter, and honestly? It makes eating at home feel a whole lot less like a chore and a whole lot more like a treat.
One of my favorite things about this season is all the gorgeous fresh fruits and veggies that start showing up everywhere. From sweet berries and juicy watermelon to crisp cucumbers, tomatoes, peaches, zucchini, and fresh herbs… summer produce just has a way of making meals feel lighter, fresher, and more fun. ☀️
And here’s the best part: when seasonal produce is at its peak, you usually don’t have to do much to make it delicious. A few fresh ingredients, a simple dressing, maybe a sprinkle of nuts or cheese… DONE. 🙌
As someone who didn’t really start cooking until later in life, I can honestly say seasonal produce helped change everything for me. It made cooking feel less intimidating and way more enjoyable. Fresh ingredients do a lot of the heavy lifting for you. 👩🏻🍳💛
Summer is also the perfect time to lean into easy meals that keep you OUT of the drive-thru line and IN the kitchen making memories with your people. Whether it’s backyard dinners, poolside snacks, quick lunches, or light suppers after a busy day, fresh produce makes healthy-ish eating feel easy.
